Check-in time is noon and check-out is 11:00am unless other arrangements have been made with the Innkeeper
One week maximum length of stay
Cancellations must be made no less than 3 days prior to your reservation

No swimming anywhere on the property (Point Lookout State Park has a beach and is located only a few miles away)
No candles or bonfires
No hunting on the property
No boats, kayaks or inflatable devices.
No fishing without a license
No food to remain in the Retreat upon your departure
No alcoholic beverage or illegal drugs allowed anywhere on the property
No smoking in the house or on the premises
Maximum 14 occupants overnight
Contact staff regarding daytime only use and charges
